Take Charge of Education is a school fundraising initiative that offers families, teachers and community members an easy way to designate an eligible K-12 school of their choice nationwide and have Target donate an amount equal to one percent of their REDcardSM purchases made at Target and Target.com*.

Heading off to college is a big step for any young adult. Target offers a variety of sensible and stylish solutions to outfit a basic dorm room and create an oasis away from home.
Dorm Room Accessories and Furniture:
Because standard-issue dorm rooms can create storage and decorating challenges, Target provides a range of products to add stylish flair to any room, including cool clocks, lamps and picture frames in a variety of shapes, sizes, patterns and colors from designer Sami Hayek for Target.
This new, limited-edition collection is exclusive to Target, and features a contemporary collection of bedding, decorative accessories, furniture and stationery. The furniture, including a desk, chair, bedside table and file cabinet, works well in modest dorm spaces, and is both stylish and functional. Target and Hayek also embrace an eco-conscious concept using minimal packaging, which can be recycled or reused. Also just in time for college, Target introduces itso, a modular storage and organizational system in various shapes, sizes, colors and materials that students can mix and match to fit any size dorm.
