Amiee Lynn Accessories makes leg wear acquisition

Amiee Lynn Accessories, one of the fashion industry's leading accessories provider of belts, handbags, jewelry, hats and cold weather, is broadening its appeal to women with the recent asset acquisition of women's leg wear and underwear provider J.B.T. Group / Design Studio, International of Deerfield Beach, FL.
The division will operate under the name Leg Apparel. The showroom has been relocated to 366 5th Ave. Leg Apparel will market leg wear brands; Jessica by Jessica Simpson, Ellen Tracy, Liz Claiborne, and Givenchy. Men's hosiery is offered in Alexander Julian.
The company's private label brands include, Sweetcakes, Lake Shore Drive, Reve Avoix. “Bringing leg wear into our accessories line enhances our value to our customers as a onestop accessories company,” said company president Michael Spolansky.
The company's warehousing and operations have been relocated to Amiee Lynn headquarters in Ridgefield, NJ. This latest acquisition by Amiee Lynn positioned itself to further bring brands to the forefront of the company's offerings.
Amiee Lynn brands include Enyce, Hot Kiss, Seaseme Street, Kensie, as well as private label brands include Fairweather,29 Palms, Zone 88 , Shakedown, Bonita and Gem Bella.
