'Does Your Supply Chain Need a Makeover?' at MAGIC

SGS Consumer Testing Services announced that it is sponsoring Jeff Streader's presentation, “Does Your Supply Chain Need a Makeover?”, at the Sourcing at MAGIC show that opens August 24 in Las Vegas.

Streader, a 25-year apparel industry veteran who most recently served as president of Kellwood Company's corporate supply chain, will speak at 9:30am on Tuesday, August 26, on the financial repercussions of ineffective supply chain management and strategies for determining whether to change one's current supply chain model.

The discussion will leverage Streader's experience in global sourcing, social compliance, logistics and distribution at multiple Fortune 1000 apparel companies, including VF Corporation and Oxford Industries as well as Kellwood.

The session will be moderated by Katherine Stein, SGS International Business Development Manager, who helped Streader build Kellwood's supply chain solution through SGS' softlines services.
