ECI to hold exclusive license for Rampage sportswear & dresses

Iconix Brand Group Inc announced that it has entered into a license agreement with ECI for its Rampage brand. ECI will hold the exclusive license for Rampage sportswear and dresses.
The collection will launch for Spring 2009. The sportswear business is transitioning from the previous licensee Larry Hansel Clothing, LLC who will ship Rampage sportswear through the end of 2008.
Rampage sportswear will continue to be distributed in department stores including Macy's, Dillard's and specialty stores. Retail prices range from $34.00 to $89.00. ECI will show the spring Rampage collection at LA Market this week.
Neil Cole, Chairman and CEO, Iconix, stated, "We are excited about our new partnership with ECI and are confident that they will continue to successfully grow the Rampage sportswear business.
ECI will seamlessly distribute the spring collection to our retail partners and continue to provide the Rampage customer with quality apparel without any interruption."

Rampage Clothing Company, established in 1982, is one of the most recognizable and in-demand labels in the young contemporary and junior arenas.
Targeting fashion forward young women, Rampage offers clothes that go from day into night for the value-conscious customer. The collection successfully straddles the line between both work-appropriate and nightclub-ready apparel.
Rampage is a complete lifestyle brand with categories including sportswear, dresses, knitwear, denim, footwear, eyewear, handbags, fragrance, swimwear, sleepwear, fashion scarves, gloves, hair accessories and small leather goods.
ECI has manufactured and distributed sportswear since 1985. In addition to Rampage sportswear, they currently manufacture the ECI, ICE and Nicole by Nicole Miller brands, which are carried in major department stores and specialty stores nationwide.
