BlueCotton lowers prices on custom t-shirt group orders

In a bid to help customers coping with smaller budgets in a tight economy, custom t-shirt company BlueCotton announced it has reduced prices on group orders by an average of 25 percent – and in some cases even up to 50 percent – depending on quantities and colors of custom t-shirts ordered.
BlueCotton.com has cut prices for orders of six or more. The company also offers free shipping on all orders with standard delivery (for the continental United States only).
BlueCotton offers printed and embroidered custom t-shirts, hats and outerwear for groups of all kinds: churches, schools, sports teams, non-profits, fraternities, sororities, or those who just want to make a proud, personal statement.
“Our customers are loyal to us, and we like to be loyal to them,” said Mike Coffey, BlueCotton founder and CEO. “So we're happy to reduce prices when we can, so that non-profits can still publicly support their causes, fraternities and sororities can still share their group pride, and local softball players can still look great running the bases. Team and group activities play an important role in our lives, especially as we all try to save money and get back to what's really important – spending time with friends, working alongside fellow volunteers and just getting out and having fun.”
Anyone can tinker with BlueCotton's DesignStudio – a state-of-the-art online t-shirt customization tool, described by Gizmodo as “a sophisticated Photoshop-like web app to let you design your own shirt…with a tremendous amount of control over the results.”
Niche t-shirt design websites, including www.BlueCotton.com and www.GreekT-Shirts.com, have helped the company establish an Internet presence and win legions of fans. In 2008, BlueCotton processed roughly 10,000 designs for custom t-shirts – nearly double the 5,500 designs processed in 2007. Those designs were for groups wanting to broadcast their support for a good cause, allegiance to a fraternity or sorority, enthusiasm for a band, or participation on a local sports team or church or school activity.
