LIJA by Linda Hipp Active, tennis apparel collections arrive

Popular women's sportswear designer Linda Hipp and her company, LIJA, announce the latest Active and Tennis collections are available now in finer country clubs, resorts and sport specialty retailers throughout North America, as well as online at LIJAstyle.com.
Showcasing feminine silhouettes and chic accents such as color-blocking, ruffles, ruching and zipper detailing, the new collections are a unique fusion of sport, leisure and fashion. Functionality, comfort and movement are emphasized in the variety of luxurious lightweight performance fabrics used the line's tank tops, short-sleeved tops, vests, dresses, jackets, capris, shorts, skorts and pants. Key technical properties include moisture wicking, quick drying, wind resistance, breathability and UV protection.
"Our entry into the Active and Tennis categories has received a tremendously positive response," says Hipp, President and Principal Designer. "Feedback from retailers indicates that consumers have really embraced the silhouettes, materials and styling that make these collections distinctly LIJA."
Styles like the Compression Fatale Dress, Hybrid Kinetic Tank and Willow Windsprint Jacket highlight the versatility of the collections, which are meant to provide women with fashionable apparel for a variety of active pursuits. Highlighted by bright splashes of Citrus and Watermelon, the fall color scheme blends neutrals with Optic, a classic white. The offerings also introduce Glide, a new outerwear fabrication padded with synthetic fill and lined with soft jersey.
