ispo's Your Key To Trade Fair Success Initiative is a new service for exhibitors at ispo 2011. The comprehensive package of procedures provides a very competent overview of all potential benefits of trade fair participation, and guidelines to make the best of the exposition. Goal of this new service is to effectively increase long-term success for ispo exhibitors.

The Your Key To Trade Fair Success Initiative consists of theoretical advice, as well as practical solutions for the challenges presented by trade fair planning, realization, and follow-up. A wide range of professional online instructions and training, workshops, check lists, tools and services provide exhibitors with informative practical tips to plan their trade fair appearance. Internet-based solutions such as the business meeting planning tool ExpoEasyContact and the reminder service Check Lists on Demand assist exhibitors with important steps during preparation.

In addition, invitation services and lead management solutions simplify generating and processing of visitor contact information. Exhibitors benefit from active exchange with other exhibitors, the ispo project team, as well as competent exposition specialists, and their experience as well as jointly developed ideas. The brochure “10 Steps to Guaranteed Success at Trade Fairs” provides step-by-step assistance to exhibitors, from conception to expo participation performance reviews.
