Peekaboo Beans reports sales of $502,957 in Q2 FY20

Peekaboo Beans, a children's apparel brand, has announced second quarter (Q2) FY20 results. Sales during the quarter ended on March 31, 2020 rose to $502,957 (Canadian dollars) compared to $413,868 in same period last year. Company reported a net loss during Q2 FY20 of $603,944 (Q2 FY19: $367,655). Gross loss for the quarter was $168,035.
Total operating expense during the quarter were $407,239 (Q2 FY19: $572,779). Year-over-year (YoY) sales for six months period in FY20 were $1,050,893 compared to $882,745 in same period last year.
Sales in Canada during Q2 FY20 increased to $488,982 (Q2 FY19: $364,950. However, sales in US fell to $13,975 (Q2 FY19: $48,918).
