Resort wear brand Tori Richard goes live on Mi9 Retail

Tori Richard Ltd., a Hawaii-based manufacturer of men's and women's resort wear, has gone live on Mi9 e-commerce and order management, as part of its omni-channel expansion strategy. The Mi9 system will give Tori Richard a single platform to open unlimited potential for its customers and products and future expansion to other company divisions.
"The Mi9 system provides robust search capabilities to help customers find precisely what they're looking for, and to transact on the site quickly and easily. What's more, the Mi9 team has been a partner to us throughout the implementation process. They've not only guided us through the technical deployment, but have shared their deep expertise about site design and layout, as well as search engine optimization to get us more visitors.  They are a unique company in that they took away a lot of the complexity we would have otherwise faced," said Josh Feldman, CEO of Tori Richard.
"The Tori Richard team has a clear vision for how they want to expand their business and grow their sales," said Neil Moses, CEO of Mi9 Retail.  "I am thrilled we've gone live successfully with the new system and am looking forward to supporting them in their ambitious growth objectives."
Tori Richard made a strategic commitment in 2016 for investing in a robust digital commerce platform that would allow it to fulfill its growing demand as well as achieve full mobile optimisation, which was one of the company's top priorities.(PA)
