Rocky Brands adds two executives to its Board of directors

Commenting on the occasion, Mike Brooks, chairman of the Board, stated, “We are very pleased to welcome Bill Jordan and Bob Moore to the Rocky Brands Board of directors. Rocky Brands will benefit greatly from the business judgment of these two accomplished individuals and their knowledge and experience in the footwear and apparel industries over many years. Their perspectives and industry experience will be a great addition to our Board of directors.”

Jordan has been an executive officer of DSW, Inc, since 2006 and has served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer since February 2015. He serves on DSW’s five person executive committee currently and his responsibility include strategy, supply chain, logistics, information technology, human resources, real estate, store design and construction, and legal. Jordan is a 1994 graduate of the University of San Francisco and a 1997 graduate of the George Washington University School of Law.

Moore has served as chief executive officer of Bhartiya International, Ltd from April 2013 through March 2017, and is now serving as a consultant to Bhartiya. He has over 43 years of experience in the footwear and apparel industry from Bhartiya and his prior position at several firms. Moore is a 1973 graduate of the University of Mississippi. (PA)
