Rocky Brands names Mike Brooks as interim CEO

Following the resignation of David Sharp, president and chief executive officer at apparel and footwear marketer Rocky Brands, the company has named Mike Brooks, chairman of the board of directors as interim chief executive officer. Mike Brooks will serve as interim chief executive officer till the time Rocky Brands finds a replacement for David Sharp.
Brooks had previously served as the chief executive officer of the company from August 1991 to July 2011.
Rocky Brands is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of footwear and apparel marketed under a portfolio of brand names like Rocky, Georgia Boot, Durango, Lehigh, Creative Recreation and the licensed brand Michelin. (AR)
Brooks had previously served as the chief executive officer of the company from August 1991 to July 2011.
