TechStyle Fashion Group, the global fashion retailer known for its membership-based digital brands Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, FabKids and ShoeDazzle, has been recognised for its workplace culture by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year. The Best Workplaces ranking has been done based on employees’ feedback.

The prestigious certification is the culmination of TechStyle Fashion Group’s longstanding efforts to establish a culture guided by three key pillars - Innovation, Drive, and One Team.

“As a company devoted to challenging the status quo in fashion, a culture of innovation where employees are encouraged to take risks in order to push the envelope is critical,” said Adam Goldenberg, co-CEO and co-founder of TechStyle Fashion Group. “Being recognised by Great Places to Work for the fourth year in a row is a testament to the commitment of our leaders across the company who have introduced new initiatives that spark internal collaboration and empower employees at every level.”

The Best Workplaces ranking was based on employees’ anonymous assessment of TechStyle Fashion Group’s culture, management and opportunities for advancement, among other areas. Feedback was gathered through the Trust Index survey used to compile a Great Place to Work Review. Eighty-five per cent of eligible employees responded to the survey.

According to the study, 85 per cent of employees surveyed take great pride in working at TechStyle Fashion Group, deeming it one of the country’s best places to work. Eighty nine per cent said TechStyle makes new employees feel welcome, 88 per cent said they are proud to tell others they work at TechStyle, 87 per cent said they feel a sense of pride for TechStyle’s accomplishments, and 86 per cent said TechStyle provides the resources and equipment to do their job

Employees shared numerous examples that make the employee experience at TechStyle unique, ranging from perks and benefits, to TechStyle’s overall company culture. The company was rated high on work-life balance, employee wellness, camaraderie and belonging, and diversity and inclusion.

“We are pleased to honour TechStyle Fashion Group with a certification as a Grace Place To Work for the fourth year in a row,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Great Place to Work's vice president and senior editor. “Year after year, TechStyle Fashion Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering a supportive culture and positive work environment for its people, leading to greater success both inside and outside the company.”
