Watches and jewellery retailer Titan has forayed into retailing of premium saris and ethnicwear, by opening its first pilot store in Bangalore under the name of ‘Taneira’. The store has on its shelves a collection of handloom saris and ethnicwear sourced from across the country, with products priced as high as Rs 250,000, available in the Bangalore store.
