Vu Duc Giang, chairman of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Association (Vitas) and Viet Tien Garment Corporation, emphasised to the media that this target is far from a short-term ambition—it is the culmination of years of calculated structural reforms designed to position Vietnam firmly on the global apparel map.
