Low & Bonar, the international performance materials group is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire Texiplast.
Texiplast is a Slovakian producer of high strength geosynthetic products serving the civil engineering market.
The approximate net cash payment is €18.9m (£16.0m) on a debt-free basis.
