India's TCNS Clothing, Being Human sign up Unicommerce

TCNS Clothing Company, which owns brands W, Aurelia and Wishful, and Being Human, an apparel brand owned by Bollywood star Salman Khan-run charity Being Human Foundation, have signed up with e-commerce enablement tool Unicommerce, a platform for multi-channel retail, warehouse management and omni-channel services, to streamline their omni-channel operations.

Unicommerce’s Omni-commerce tool enables central management of orders and inventory of online and offline stores. It lets brands like TCNS Clothing and Being Human in routing an online order to the nearest store and connect multiple offline stores, which also helps in providing a uniform experience to customers and minimizing logistics cost, according to reports in leading Indian media-focused websites.

The tool also has features like Click & Collect, Endless Aisle along with updating the inventory in real time across multiple locations to provide accurate stock information. These automated inventory updates help the user plan the stock and abstain from overselling. (DS)
