Alongside display of the latest collections, Collection Première Moscow (CPM) to be held in Moscow from September 2-5, 2015, selected speakers will deliver high-calibre lectures on current topics.

On around 50,000 square metres of space, global manufacturers will showcase in the segments; CPM kids, CPM Premium, CPM Accessoires as well as in Mode Lingerie & Swim Moscow.

The seminar agenda comprises 15 seminars and workshops like ‘Risk-Avoiding Order Information for the S/S Season’, ‘Increasing Footfall’, ‘Situation-Driven Rationalisation’, ‘Optimisation of Merchandise Purchase’, etc.

“Delegate numbers are expected to rise 25 per cent to 1,000 delegates at the various seminars,” a press release from Igedo, the organisers of the trade fair informed.

Philipp Kronen, managing partner of Igedo Company, said, “In addition to more than 40 catwalk shows, new country participations and trendy collections we can also look forward to a highly professional seminar.”

“We are getting very positive feedback on the individual workshops. Additionally, the lingerie area will also see seminars labelled Lingerie Talks held on a daily basis,” he added.

The ‘Styling and Trends’ theme will feature prominently at the coming edition of CPM and in Hall 2.4 of Mode Lingerie & Swim Moscow, a trend decoration for lingerie will be presented for the first time.

The latest developments in bodywear and swimwear trends will be illustrated here under the heading ‘Nymph, Odalisque and Mermaid’.

The fashion themes of the 2016 Spring/Summer season for womenswear, menswear and children’s wear will be showcased on a decoration area at the foyer.

Commenting on this move, Christian Kasch, project director of CPM, added, “I am very pleased that we have again succeeded in staging a remarkable event with our international team.”

“The coming CPM is intended as a statement to show everyone how important the Russian market continues to be for international brands,” Kasch also added.

“Exposure, communication and trust is the be-all and end-all for the next round of orders with a view to securing continued success for the years to come,” he informed.

Exhibitors at CPM also include labels like Agent Provocateur, a lingerie line established by Vivienne Westwood’s son, Joseph Carré, which will be exhibiting for the first time.

And one of the first-time exhibitors at the ‘Designerpool’ will be Dima Neu, winner of the ‘Project Runway’ TV show in 2012. (AR)
