Christie's Magnificent Jewels auction features Elizabeth Taylor Collection

House of Taylor Jewelry Inc announced that three couture jewelry pieces from the Elizabeth Collection, with designs inspired by Dame Elizabeth Taylor, were featured in Christie's Magnificent Jewels auction this week in New York.

"Selling at Christie's further establishes the Elizabeth Brand as a global contender in the premium category of the marketplace with consumers and collectors of important diamonds and fine jewels," said Jack Abramov, president and chief executive officer of House of Taylor Jewelry.

"The success of our first offering at the Magnificent Jewels auction last season was nicely complemented this year, as Christie's clients acquired all three of our Elizabeth Collection pieces. The three Elizabeth Collection pieces sold at auction by Christie's include:
• A double-strand ruby and diamond necklace, suspending a tassel consisting of large cushion and oval-cut rubies, with round and marquise-cut diamond floral accents, set in 18 karat white gold -- Stamped Elizabeth.
• An interwoven four strand, diamond encrusted necklace set with twelve cultured golden pearls and mounted in 18 karat white gold -- Stamped Elizabeth.
