Future Lifestyle now owns 96% stake in Rachika Trading

Future Lifestyle Fashions, part of the Kishore Biyani-led Future group has announced that it has increased its stake in Rachika Trading by 16 per cent to 96 per cent, according to media reports.
Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the company has made further investment in Rachika Trading Pvt Ltd (RTPL), a company engaged in the business of apparels and fashion accessories under the brand 'Giovani'.
This has "resulted in increase of its total holding from 80 per cent to 96 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of RTPL," it said. Monetary details of the investment were not disclosed.
Future Lifestyle Fashions, which now houses the fashion business spliced out of Future Retail and Future Consumer, has a portfolio of over 40 fashion and lifestyle brands. (SH)
