Luxury fashion brand Vince terminates deal with founders

Luxury fashion brand Vince Holding has decided to terminate the consulting arrangements initiated with the company founders, Rea Laccone and Christopher LaPolice. This decision was taken based on the progress achieved in the objective of resetting the brand, by the two founders along with the Vince Holding management, in the last 15 months.
“We appreciate Rea and Christopher’s contributions in helping the Company re-establish the Vince brand’s DNA,” Marc Leder, chairman of the Vince board of directors said. “We look forward to seeing further progress, as Vince expands its presence as a leading global fashion luxury brand in 2017 and beyond.” (AR)
