Soni has done her MBA from Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. She has an experience of 12 years, and has worked on several new initiatives in sports, content and digital at Star India. Before Star India, she was with McKinsey as a partner, where she was involved in multiple consumer sectors and countries like India, Bhutan, Singapore and UK.
Ananth Narayanan, CEO of Myntra said Soni has joined their leadership team at a time when applying data analytics to marketing was their focus. He believes that her experience in the field will be vital for their future marketing endeavours.
Hinting at her objective, Soni said, “I would like to take Myntra to an iconic status in fashion – not just by traditional marketing but also by applying data and technology.”
