'Design for Narendra Kumar' competition

DHL, the world's leading logistics company, launched an online competition inviting aspiring fashion designers to 'Design for Narendra Kumar.' Participants can submit their designs on the social networking website Facebook and get a chance to win a two-week internship opportunity with leading designer Narendra Kumar.
The competition is part of DHL's ongoing partnership with Lakme Fashion Week where this year DHL will present Narendra Kumar at an exclusive show on 5 March 2012.
Narendra Kumar was part of the second graduating class from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) New Delhi in 1990,while it was still being run in conjunction with FIT, New York and Trent Polytechnic, UK. Upon graduating he started his fashion career designing for Ensemble and for the Indian veteran designer Tarun Tahiliani.
