Apparel BC Fashion Event coming soon in Italy

Member-driven association Apparel BC informs that BC Fashion Event is going to start in February 2006.

BC Canada House, in Parco Valdo Fusi, City of Torino

Last Call
To show clothes in the Monday, February 27, fashion show.
To participate in the high profile trade show the following day, Tuesday, February 28.

Apparel BC will represent company lines in Italy. Companies are responsible for shipping costs only.

Cost free event in Italy.

Gala Fashion Show
Must supply 8-complete outfits (on hangers with shoes and accessories) to the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-Vancouver Edmonton Calgary, 510-789 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1H2 T 604 682 1410 alex.martyniak@iccbc.com by Tuesday, February 7th. ICCC will prepare the Carnet.

A maximum of 8-companies will be accepted to show 8 outfits. Tracy Pincott traceypincott@shaw.ca will manage the fashion show on behalf of the association both here and in Torino.

Representatives wishing to attend: flight (KLM or Lufthansa) and accommodation, based on 3-nights accommodation, is estimated at $3,500.

Schedule of events:
07 February - Deadline for delivery of outfits
25 February - Canada-Italy
26 February - Fabric suppliers tour (visiting Italian textile manufacturers) - optional
27 February - Gala fashion show and reception
28 February - Tradeshow
01 March - Italy-Canada

Apparel BC is a self-sustaining, member-driven association with the mandate to enhance and strengthen the viability of the apparel industry.
