Parlux signs agreement to develop & market Paris Hilton's handbags & accessories

international fragrance distributor & manufacturer, parlux fragrances inc announced it had entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement to develop and market a line of handbags, purses, wallets, and other small leather goods and accessories for paris hilton. parlux currently manufacturers and distributes paris hilton fragrances, and has recently signed exclusive agreements for cosmetics and watches.

parlux chairman and ceo ilia lekach commented, "paris hilton has demonstrated an amazing international appeal. the success of our paris hilton fragrance line, combined with cosmetics, watches and now handbags, provide valuable cross-promotional opportunities and significant growth worldwide." mr. lekach continued, "we are discussing potential joint-venture arrangements to provide manufacturing and distribution of these products in the united states."

parlux will be holding its inaugural "investors day" in ft. lauderdale on june 10, 2005.
