Marketer of leather outerwear and apparel Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc is scheduled to release its fourth quarter 2005 results after market close on Tuesday, February 28, 2006.
A conference call to discuss the Company's fourth quarter results will be held at 4:30 pm ET that same afternoon.
While the question-and-answer session of the call will be limited to institutional analysts and investors, retail brokers and individual investors are invited to attend via a live webcast at www.fulldisclosure.com or by visiting any of the investor sites in CCBN's Individual Investor Network.
The audio replay will be available beginning approximately one hour after the call ends on February 28, 2006, through midnight ET on March 14, 2006.
Wilsons Leather is the leading specialty retailer of leather outerwear, accessories and apparel in the United States.
As of December 31, 2005, Wilsons Leather operated 428 stores located in 45 states, including 304 mall stores, 110 outlet stores and 14 airport stores.
The Company regularly supplements its permanent mall stores with seasonal stores during its peak selling season from October through January.
