Mahek Chahal, the Indian film and reality TV actress, has set foot in the sartorial world by creating her own clothing line.

The 33-year-old actress has incorporated various intricacies of fashion, such as colours, designs and shapes, gathered from her first-hand experience of the glamorous entertainment world of Bollywood in her debut apparel collection.

The garment line offers a range of Indian-styled ensembles in chiffon and silk with rich textures.

The Norway-born fashionista’s apparel range features long flowy skirts, sequinned body hugging tops, heavily embellished single-slit dresses and frilled deep-neck kurtas.

The actress-turned-designer’s exquisitely designed pieces come in eye catching hues like pristine white, royal purple, rich turquoise and timeless black.

Mehak, who has appeared in Bollywood movies like ‘Nayee Padosan’ and ‘Wanted,’ has recently opened her store in Norway.
