Young talents to display at Omani Women's Fashion Trends

The third annual edition of the Omani fashion extravaganza Omani Women’s Fashion Trends 2012, which aims to encourage the upcoming fashion designers from the Sultanate of Oman, is scheduled to be held on 1st December in the country’s capital city of Muscat.

Organized by the nation’s premiere event management institute Light and Shadow Enterprises LLC, the show serves as a platform for the young talents to feature their exquisite creations before a niche audience comprising of fashion savvy Omani women from the affluent classes.

The impressive line-up of the participating designers, including Dar Hala Abayas and Amal Jamali, would showcase a range of apparel lines based on the theme ‘Black and White’ at the event.

The show will also feature a collection titled Fantasia, wherein various outfits addressing different social and political issues, such as nutrition, traffic accidents, and cleanliness of beaches will be showcased.

Designer Fatma Al Fadhil will present a special Wedding Dress Collection at the finale of the fashion event.

The show will also include a fund raising event for the local charity-Association of Early Intervention for Children with Disability.
