THE GALLERY presents the latest trends for the 2013/14 autumn/Winter season. The changeover to a modern component already on the horizon over the past few seasons has now consolidated. Emerging here is a new femininity dominated by luxury and clarity. Modern classics re-interpreted paint the picture of strong women where beauty is in the foreground. Here elements from the past are picked up on but not revisited in a retro style but rather serve as sources of inspiration. New innovations based on the mix of materials and colors produce a new look.

The three principal themes of the season are:

TIME & FUTURE

Clear, flawless and reduced are the buzzwords for this minimalist trend. Fits and silhouettes are feminine and sculptured shapes are reinforced by novel materials. The color scheme is characterized by the stark contrast between delicate pastel shades and straight black – black being the ideal complement for giving outfits even more elegance.

GLAMOUR & GLORIA

A sober world full of black leather and decorative velvet form the basis of this trend cosmos. Here luxury is mixed with casual, luxurious silhouettes and sharp edges are lavishly decorated in part or coolly deconstructed. The color spectrum ranges from dark red, violet and green shades to gold and black.

FIRE & FLAME

Graphic prints, minimalist silhouettes, high-fashion materials and futurist forms inspire this look. Colors range from metallic tones in conjunction with powdery shades to shocking color blocking. Key styling elements are straight cuts that give designers’ creations a touch of austerity.
