Couture Fashion Week announces fashion designer lineup

Catalin Botezatu – Friday February 15, 8:00 pm

A regular favorite of CFW audiences for many seasons, Mr. Botezatu's fashion shows are always dramatic and memorable, with striking hair and makeup creations in addition to the breathtaking fashion designs.

Amal Sarieddine – Saturday February 16, 6:00 pm

Returning for the fourth time to CFW, Ms. Sarieddine’s stunning and creative designs embody red-carpet glamour. Her fashion house is based in Beirut, a city synonymous with luxury couture style and home to such fashion icons as Elie Saab, Georges Chakra and Georges Hobeika.

Laila Wazna – Saturday February 16, 8:00 pm

Ms. Wazna's highly anticipated Fall/Winter 2013 collection is characterized by an elegant couture style, featuring a harmonious blending of beautiful feminine silhouettes with the finest fabrics and embellishments of Swarovski crystals, sparkling zircon gemstones and expert embroidery.

Allex Kangala – Sunday February 17, 4:00 pm

In 2005 Mr. Kangala launched his own Dianthus D'kangala menswear label, a brand focused on classic, harmonious, spiritual and refined designs. He made his New York design debut in 2012 at Africa Fashion Week.

Sinead Fachelli – Friday February 15, 8:00 pm

A native of the Dominican Republic, Ms. Fachelli is the winner of Caribbean Fashion Week's 'New Faces of Design' award for 2012. Her latest innovative collection is inspired by time.

Katya Zol – Friday February 15, 4:00 pm

This talented emerging designer will present an exceptional women’s collection of sophisticated and sensuous evening wear.

Andres Aquino – Saturday February 16, 8:00 pm
