Fashion distributor Inditex Group's Zara introduced in Novi Sad, the second main city in Serbia, its first store in said country.

The store is located at 'Mihla Pupina', one of the mayor shopping centres in the Northern area of the country.

In the upcoming weeks a second Zara outlet will be launched at Knez Mihajlova Avenue, Belgrade.

Knez Mihajlova Avenue is the main shopping street of Serbia's capital.

Zara's expansion in the country will take place further to an agreement entered into with Delta Holding, a local company with experience in retailing and the real estate market, and the operator of international fashion brands in several Eastern Europe countries.

With this opening in Novi Sad, the Inditex Group has reached presence in 62 countries.

Zara belongs to Inditex, one of the largest fashion retail groups worldwide. Inditex has seven other chains: Kiddy's Class, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.
