Ebony Retail Holdings gets ISO 9001: 2000 Certification

ISO assessment areas include quality management system (includes control of documents and records); management responsibility (includes commitment to quality policy and customer focus); resource management (includes HR issues); product realization (includes customer-related processes, design purchasing and production/service); measurement analysis & improvement (includes audits, data analysis, corrective action procedures, continual improvement).
Ebony Retail Holdings Ltd is the parent company of the stores under the brand name Ebony.
Ebony started its first store in Delhi (South Extension) in October 1994. Now with 7 Stores, Ebony is the largest retailer in North India.
Their total retail space now stands at about 140000 sq. ft. All Ebony stores offer consumers a truly international shopping experience.
