Broder Bros to present at Wachovia consumer conf

Sportswear Company Broder Bros Co is scheduled to participate in the Wachovia Securities Consumer Growth Conference to be held February 22-24, 2006 at the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Thomas Myers, the Company's Interim Chief Executive Officer, and David Hollister, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will make a presentation beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, followed by a question and answer session.

Results for the Company's fourth quarter 2005 will not be released during the conference.
