K2 Inc registers 4.3% gain in Q4 sales

Premier, branded consumer products company K2 Inc reported net sales for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005 of $353.5 million versus $338.9 million in the prior year, an increase of 4.3 percent. Adjusted net income for the fourth quarter of 2005 was $14.7 million, or $0.28 Adjusted diluted earnings per share, compared to Pro Forma Adjusted net income of $11.8 million, or $0.23 Pro Forma Adjusted diluted earnings per share, for 2004
