Apparel maker Innovo & Pixior enter into outsourcing agreement

Leading expertise in apparel denim-wear and accessory products Innovo Group Inc announced it has entered into a written agreement with Pixior, LLC, a Los Angeles-based apparel distribution company, to outsource its product fulfillment services, which includes its warehousing, distribution and customer services needs for the Company's branded apparel products.
Marc B. Crossman, President and Interim CEO, stated, "In connection with their previously announced intention to restructure and improve their operations, they believe that outsourcing their product fulfillment services is a positive step to streamline their business, as they plan to focus their efforts on design and sales, which is where they believe their core strengths lie.
They expect that this step will allow for long-term overhead cost savings, while at the same time continue to provide quality product fulfillment services necessary to meet their customers' needs."
Crossman added, "Pixior has been providing limited product fulfillment needs for their web-based operations, so when they began to look at outsourcing their product fulfillment needs, they chose a third party with whom they had a prior relationship.
They look forward to building their relationship with Pixior and continuing to take the necessary steps to improve their operations without sacrificing customer service."
Innovo Group Inc, through its operating subsidiaries Innovo Azteca Apparel, Inc and Joe's Jeans, is a sales and marketing organization designing and selling apparel products to the retail and premium markets.
The Company currently produces products under license agreements and other agreements for private label and branded products.
The Company's apparel products consist of men's and women's denim and denim-related apparel products, including, women's high-end denim jeans and knit shirts featuring the Joe's Jeans brand.
