The French envoy said the global fashion fraternity will benefit from the innovative ideas and emerging talent found among the graduates of Pakistan’s national institute for fashion and design.

More than 100 young designers from the various departments of PIFD are displaying their creations at the event scheduled to conclude on June 1, 2013. Out of the entire group of presenters, 49 students are from the Department of Fashion Design of PIFD.

PIFD, established in 1995, strives to produce a new generation of fashion designers, entrepreneurs and highly skilled professionals who are equipped with a well-rounded education, technical expertise and marketing acumen of the fashion industry.
