FIREup offers fashion firms funding for novel projects

As part of the funding, FIREup is also offering the support of relevant academic expertise and access to necessary facilities.

Companies need to apply by July 2, and can submit up to three distinct project briefs. To begin the process visit the FIREup funding call site and complete a survey.

FIREup is a one-year initiative based at University of the Arts London that aims to unlock the potential of industry and academic collaboration for the UK designer-fashion industry.

Fashion designer companies which face barriers to innovation and would like to access expertise in order to realise new ideas are invited to apply so that they might harness the power of collaboration to shape the future of the British fashion industry.
