Madrid is launching a new platform to liven up retail and the textiles industry. Sponsored by El Corte Inglés and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Madrid City Council and Acotex (Textiles Commerce and Accessories Business Association), MFShow Men is the first professional catwalk devoted exclusively to menswear in Spain.
The event will be held from 15 to 17 July in two iconic locations of the Spanish capital: the Costume Museum and the Conde Duque Cultural Centre, so MFShow will include four shows a year, two for menswear and two for womenswear.
On the first day at the Costume Museum, we will discover new tie and accessory designs by Soloio, impeccable shirts by Mirto and tailoring by Emidio Tucci Black, at 5pm, 7pm and 9pm respectively. On 16 July, the venue will be the Conde Duque Cultural Centre, with García Madrid (4pm), El Ganso (6pm), Eduardo Rivera (8pm) and Tenkey (10pm) in a day given over to elegance with a contemporary slant. The following day, the same venue will welcome the cutting-edge silhouettes of X-Adnan (4pm), Lander Urquijo (6pm), Martin Waschbär (8pm) and Hominem (9.30pm).
