Jimmy Choo ex-CEO Tamara Mellon to debut fashion label

Tamara Mellon, the former Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of the world famous luxury brand Jimmy Choo, is all set to launch her eponymous fashion label in November this year.
Scheduled to be unveiled at New York’s leading contemporary art gallery Pace, the lifestyle line, which would be a combination of both accessory and clothing, will be infused with Mellon’s signature leopard print.
Specifically aimed at today’s modern working women, the range will feature jumpsuits, cigarette pants, structured jackets, ivory silk suits, leather skirts, cashmere T-shirts and ponyskin trench coats.
A proud holder of the coveted and respected Order of the British Empire (OBE), the 46-year-old Mellon’s eponymous collection will be available for sale on tamaramellon.com.
