Ningbo International Fashion Festival to begin from Oct 24

Themed on “stable progress, domestic demand, international integration and industrial upgrading”, the IFF will be composed of 10 events, including the 17th International Fashion Fair, the final of 1st child model contest, the activity of Chinese cutting-edge designers, Chinese clothing brands and international fashion designers entering Ningbo, autumn & winter fashion trends display and professional purchase meeting for businessmen from home and abroad.

It will strive to establish an innovation and development platform for textile and garment industry and promote the clothing brands in Ningbo.

As the central part of the festival, the International Fashion Fair will cover 6 halls of Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center with 2000 booths. The exhibition areas will be divided into those for boutique men’s wear, ladies’ fashion, direct sales for brands, accessories and garment machinery, international exchange, OEMs, children’s wear and sports wear.

The exhibitors are from such downstream sectors of the industrial chain as clothing, garment machinery, accessories and CAD, composed of 50% from local brands, 25% of outside brands and 25% of international brands. Over 8500 professional buyers from home and abroad as well as 20 major trade groups will be invited to attend the on-site purchase and negotiation.
