Evening wear steals the show at Ecuador Fashion Week

A variety of sexy, sequined evening wear were seen at the Colombian designer Ana Maria Zuluaga’s catwalk show staged recently at the tenth edition of Ecuador International Fashion Week.
Titled ‘Bomba sexy’, the sleek line featured several colourful outfits made of luxe transparent fabrics. Accentuated with interesting necklines and other embellishments, the feminine pieces included dresses of varied lengths.
Other than the Colombian fashion talent, the event also showcased an avant-garde collection titled ‘Crazy’ from the Chilean design expert Felipe Toledo. Inspired from the theatrical glamour, the range featured metallic gowns and short jackets in white, black and pastel shades.
In addition to the talented mix of foreign designers, the three-day-long event also featured various clothing lines from a number of local talents, such as Nino Touma, Vanessa Graf, Carlos Aguilar, Julio Asang, Amparo Gomez, Luis Tippán, Paulina Anda, Zulay Toala, Ma Proaño Sea and Karina Mendoza.
