Over 500 brands exhibit at Clothes Show Live

More than 500 fashion and beauty brands came together to showcase their latest collections at the just concluded UK’s largest fashion and beauty revelry Clothes Show Live, held in Brimingham.

The five-day-long fashion, style and shopping frenzy, which celebrated its 25th anniversary with this edition, showcased an array of cutting-edge trends, vintage designs, retro creations and latest high street fashion ranges.

One of the major highlights of the show was the Alcatel One Touch Fashion Theatre, which was a spectacular 45-minute-long parade of some 250 outfits, donned by over 40 top models and dancers.

The catwalk presentation not only displayed autumn-2013 designs but also looks for the new upcoming season and couture as well as boutique collections.

Final-year design students and graduates, from the member institutions of the College and University Forum, got the opportunity to display their creations at The Graduate Catwalk Show and designs from the next generation talents were presented at the Emerging Designer showcase.

Ethical fashion brand Feathertree, owned by childhood best friends Lissa and Bo, exhibited its stunning bold prints and African design-inspired ensembles at the event.
