Skype produces short film on Victoria Beckham's brand

Victoria Beckham’s magnanimous life as a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer will come under the spotlight in a short film titled ‘Five Years - The Victoria Beckham Fashion Story’.

Produced by The Skype Collaboration Project—the online programme that aims to highlight the relationship between technology and creative industries, the interactive video will evaluate the five-year-long journey of Beckham’s eponymous brand.

In a recently released 60-second trailer of the film, the former Sprice Girl admits, “I've always loved fashion, I was that kid that watched her mom get ready and think, Wow you look amazing, I always dreamed of designing a collection. It was always sort of my passion.”

She further elaborates how technology has helped her in managing her business in London from Los Angeles, “Most evenings I am curled up in front of Skype, speaking to my design team in London, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

The clip also features the star's accessories designer, Katie Hillier, who comments on her work ethic, “She’s a perfectionist in terms of detail.”

Also, British Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman has been seen in the teaser saying “I think she’s proven herself to have a really successful fashion brand, I don’t think that there’s anybody that would doubt that.”
