LIFWeek to show lines from Peru's top & emerging names

A heady mix of Peru’s top eleven designers, three new entrants and five brands are gearing up to showcase their latest creations at the upcoming sixth edition of the Latin American glitzy sartorial soiree LIFWeek.
Scheduled to take place from March 31 to April 4, 2014, the event will showcase designs from famous names like Ani Alvarez Calderon, Ana María Guiulfo, Fátima Arrieta, Gerardo Privat, Jimena Mujica, Jorge Luis Salinas, Roger Loayza, Sitka Semsch and Yirko Sivirich.
Leading labels like Claudia Jiménez and Noah Bernacelli will launch their couture collections at the soiree. Jiménez’ heavy on patchwork line Soul is made from a variety of fabrics whereas Bernacelli’s fairy tale-based range The Black Forest is enhanced with handmade details.
In addition to the well-established labels, new emerging talents such as Angie Schlegel, Susan Wagner and Thalia Berckemeye will also showcase their latest Autumn/Winter 2014 collections at the forthcoming fashion do.
Apart from the runway presentations from the local designers, the event will also feature a show from this year’s guest designer American design talent Kenneth Cole.
