After her last year’s successful deign debut with the Manhattan-based PVH Corp-owned sub label Van Heusen, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is back with a fresh Spring/Summer 2014 line with the same brand.

Fit to be worn to any kind of summer gatherings, the limited edition collection features sheath dresses with scooped out backs, animal print tops, pencil skirts, white knee-length bodycons and full-sleeve fitted black textured numbers.

“I’ve tried to design a line that doesn’t merely bask in the sun, but celebrates it. The result is the Limited Edition Spring Summer 2014 collection, that I hope you love wearing as much as I enjoyed creating,” the 28-year-old starlet says about the collection on Van Heusen’s website.

Other than designing the line, the diva has also walked the ramp in the self-designed pieces at the launch ceremony of the collection in Mumbai, India.

Van Heusen’s parent company PVH Corp, which is considered to be one of the world's largest shirt makers, was founded in the year 1876.

In addition to Van Heusen, PVH Corp also owns brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Izod, Arrow and G. H. Bass.
