Style, flair, imagination and creativity: These are the main ingredients needed for 'A Celebration of Couture', a special project that pays tribute to high fashion and the traditional craftsmanship of Italian tailoring. In a course of six special events taking place every Saturday from 12 April till 17 May, Castel Romano will parade the creations of Roman and Italian couture featuring both established and up-and-coming designers such as Camillo Bona, Natalia Rinaldi, Carol Rome, Germano Jewelry, Or.Ti.Ca Atelier Gianni Molaro , Ligneah , ROSSORAME , Cangiari , Mutadesign , ending with Talò Jewelry, Sandals Siniscalchi , Veronica Toscano and Sabrina Persechino.

Alongside the couture designs, some of the top brands on offer at the centre will also showcase their clothes and accessories on the runway from the latest collections. The unique concept of Haute Couture fashions intermixed with modern designs is sure to be a spectacular show.

Tending to the models hair and make-up will be the highly acclaimed hair stylist Sergio Valente and his team, who have worked for fashion houses such as Valentino, Versace and Fendi and are famous for their artful creations.

The fashion shows will take place every Saturday at 16:00 near the Fountain Square where a specially created stage area, set back from the hustle and bustle of the centres walkway, has been created to host the event.

There will also be the opportunity to purchase some of the exclusive items on show at the presentation from a temporary store located near the event area.The Celebration of Couture event gives shoppers the opportunity to have access to a world usually reserved for fashion professionals.
