To avoid clashing with the Milan fairs the September dates for the CENTRAL ASIA FASHION fair are to be shifted forward two days and will now run from 16 to 18 September 2014.

In Kazakhstan’s economic hub of Almaty the Atakent Exhibition Center will once again serve as the venue for this the 14th edition of the event. The product groups Women’s Wear, Men’s Wear, Kids’ Fashion, Evening Wear, Sportswear, Accessories, Leather & Fur, Bags & Shoes as well as Jewellery will be presented here to buyers.

“We are delighted to have once again received so many enquiries from manufacturers seeking to use Almaty as a bridge into the new future markets of the countries of Central Asia,” said Philipp Kronen, Managing Partner at the Igedo Company – which represents CAF for the DACH states.

Trade visitors from the large cities and regions of Kazakhstan as well as from 18 other countries like Kirgizstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia and the CIS states come here to gather information on the fashion and trends for the 2015 Spring/Summer season.

The wide ranging line-up of supporting events once again includes fashion shows, seminars and matchmaking programmes. With the support of various media partners trips including a visit to the fair have been organised for 500 trade buyers. Exhibitors from 16 countries including Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the USA, Canada, Turkey, Russia and Belarus have registered so far.
