Jeremy Scott, the creative director of the internationally acclaimed Italian luxury fashion house Moschino, has shot his first ever campaign for the brand.

The American fashion designer, who was appointed to helm the label in October 2013, has tapped in the famous Canadian supermodel Linda Evangelista to star in his fast food chain McDonald’s inspired Autumn/Winter 2014 collection.

Shot by the well-known American fashion photographer Steven Meisel, the black and white advertisement image showcases the 49-year-old mother of one in a furry overcoat and short skirt teamed with the fall range’s quirky accessories.

Originally unveiled in Milan Fashion Week’s women’s ready-to-wear February, 2014 calendar, the streetwear style A/W catwalk line was modelled by renowned singers like Katy Perry and Rita Ora.

The show featured bright waitress style dresses emblazoned with McDonald’s yellow coloured bold ‘M’ logo, a strapless voluminous gown with nutritional facts printed all over it and some cartoon characters, such as Sponge Bob, inspired clothing.

In addition to his maiden campaign, the Brooklyn’s Pratt Institute’s alumnus, Scott, has also showcased his debut Moschino menswear range on the second day of the ongoing London Collections: Men.

Founded in 1983, the Milan-based Moschino specializes in a variety of ready-to-wear clothing, and leather and fashion accessories.

Linda Evangelista, who has almost acquired an iconic status in the field of modelling, has been featured on over 700 magazine covers.
