Prior to the upcoming Islamic festival Eid-ul-Fitar, the textile and apparel division of Beximco Group, one of the most diversified industrial conglomerates in Bangladesh, has unveiled the Beximco Luxury Lawn collection for women.

Based on a vibrant colour palette, the range’s The World of Drapes line features some innovatively detailed and draped, stitched and semi-stitched outfits, while the collection’s Silk with Digital Prints segment includes floral printed ensembles in a variety of citrus and pastel hues.

The ‘100 per cent Chiffon line’ showcases salwar kameez sets with contrasting chiffon dupattas, whereas The World of Imagination collection offers heavily embellished outfits crafted from a diverse mix of fabrics.

“The stunning semi stitched and stitched collection has received a rapturous reception from the fashionistas and trendsetters in Dhaka. Intricate design, elegant silhouettes and beautiful colors made an incredible impression in the entire Bangladesh fashion market,” says a Beximco press release.

The range will be initially available for sale only at Yellow, a youthful retail brand sold through Beximco-owned outlets, in Dhaka and Chittagong and later would be sold at the Yellow stores in Dubai, Toronto and New York City.

Yellow is a design driven brand that celebrates creative and original thinking to highlight a light-hearted and optimistic view of life through a superior quality product.

Beximco’s textile and apparel division has in-house analytical and creative capabilities with teams based in Bangladesh and Spain. The firm has worked in partnership with some of the world’s renowned design institutes, including Fashion Institute of Technology, Parsons, London School of Fashions, and the India-based institutes—National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and National Institute of Design (NID).

Beximco’s key clients include American Eagle, Arcadia Group, Calvin Klein, H&M, JC Penney, Macy's, Tommy Hilfiger, Warnaco and Zara, according to the company website.
