Yamamay taps Emily Ratajkowski for F/W line 'Gone Girl'
Jul '14
Yamamay kicks off fall/winter season with sensuality and a sexy spirit. Emily Ratajkowski is the new face of Yamamay. A breathtaking body and an expression that looks good on camera thanks to her intense dark eyes.
She captivated everybody with her gorgeous silhouette and after her performance in Robin Thicke’s famous music video “Blurred lines” and her pictures taken by renowned photographer Terry Richardson, the London model is now posing for the new fall/ winter Yamamay collection.
Viral phenomenon, as she’s ruling on social networks, and inspiration for photographers, directors and artists of Pharrell Williams’s calibre, she’s been selected by Yamamay to amaze and make the fall/winter 2014 collection even sexier.
“Gone Girl” is a thriller, which is scheduled for release in autumn, directed by David Fincher and stars Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike and just Emily, who will be the real star of powerful Yamamay AD campaign.
Picking her means selecting a figure with a strong emotional charge as well as a body to which people are not used to. Her unbridled curves are really different from a model’s wiry body.
Yamamay has always enhanced the female body through its AD campaigns. Also in this case, the company has chosen “the world’s most beautiful breast”.
Emily will be the subject of photos capturing the concept of the Italian spirit that Yamamay is embracing. Location of the photo shooting is the atelier of painter Ercole Pignatelli, who embodies the Italian art, history and culture. A touch of contemporaneity is added by the works of Fabio Novembre, who represents the Italian design in the world.
It is not only a photo shooting but also a story telling which will express the sensuality of the fall/winter collection whose laces and colours perfectly match with the mood of the particular location selected.
Seduction, romanticism, elegance, class, passion: these are the key words of the brand-new Yamamay range that make it oh-so-perfect for women of all tastes and personalities thanks to the use of deep and refined colours, precious fabrics, alluring laces and original prints.
