The Spirit Catwalk, housed in the National Gallery, will provide equally enlightening content, teamed with daily trend-led catwalks featuring young fashion brands exhibiting in Spirit.

With a focus on bringing high-end catwalk trends to stores, fashion expert and presenter Kalee Hewlett will provide a session on making next season’s trends wearable for your customers.  A photography master class will also take place, hosted by Richard Lister, Fashion Photographer for Boohoo.com, in which visitors will be able to gain first-hand demonstrations of fashion photography as part of an interactive session on-stage.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to hear Gandy’s success story on the final day of the show, as presented by the brand’s co-founder, Rob Forkan. Forkan will share the remarkable journey and achievements of the brand since its inception in 2011. The business projected in its first 18 months and has since welcomed numerous collaborations, celebrity support and industry recognitions.

Other highlights include a panel discussion on the realm of blogging and how best to implement it as a business tool; and a session on discovering the current retail landscape to understand customer buying habits.

In a bid to inform retailers on expanding their business across international borders, The UKTI International Business Theatre will provide a platform for visitors to hear inspiring case studies from UKTI specialists and representatives from globally successful brands.

Julie Gash, Creative Director at Made By Talented, will be sharing how to take the fear out of exporting; this will cover matters of connecting with an international market, maintaining and growing an international business, and getting to grips with export procedures.

Tim Groves, Sales & Marketing Manager for Glen Prince, will discuss the business culture and quality of products and services expected in Japan’s accessories market; while Sarah Watkinson-Yull, Owner of renowned brand Yull Ltd, will present an in-depth analysis of international exporting, budgeting and finding reliable agents overseas.

The second day of the show includes talks from Norma Foster, Export Communication Consultant at UKTI; Tetiana Ivanova, Director at LN Jeans Ltd; James Lakeland, CEO of eponymous brand James Lakeland; and Nima Saraf, Creative Director at Eddie Handmade, who will be exhibiting at Pure London this season. Representatives from exhibitors Sam Ubhi and Miss Shorthair will also be offering insightful advice based on their own, successful business experiences.

The aforementioned seminars and catwalks have been confirmed as part of a full content programme in place for Pure London, organised by i2i Events Group, which will take place this August at London Olympia.
